Techno Brewing Level 2
Master the brewing variables and create flavorful extractions. This professional brewer’s training focuses on stability of the coffee through further training of flavor changes and TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) due to variations of particle size, roasting degree, dosage, temperature, flow control and extraction yields and the communicating the range of flavor expressions using the Scentone® Aroma Standard. Advanced pouring techniques are also taught for students to build their brewing repertoire.
