A class perfect for coffee enthusiasts who just love to brew their espresso!
The first half of the course is a three-hour session covering the fundamental techniques of espresso making. We'll be debunking some coffee myths, balancing theory with lots of hands-on practice on various espresso machines, and discussing what flavors are developed with each shot. Participants will be guided on how to dial-in, craft and pull very tasty espressos!
In the afternoon we'll steam milk to have that glossy, velvety, micro-foam texture, assemble drinks from the classic espresso menu and some basic latte art to make it look pretty.
