GCS Coffee Flavorist Foundation
This program addresses the need for coffee professionals, baristas and non-baristas, to understand, differentiate and communicate the complex world of coffee to colleagues and to the consumer. Coffee Flavorists are heavily trained using the full set of the Scentone® Aroma Standard, tasting numerous coffees and systematic classification to describe accurately the nuances of each coffee and convey them to others.
