Techno Barista Level 2
An advanced espresso course focused on the GCS principles of skilled espresso extraction variations using EBR or Espresso Brew Ratios, particle size and TDS/Yield calibrations. Discover and communicate the various espresso recipes and flavor ranges through the specialized expressions of flavor of the Scentone® Aroma Standard. Students will sample different coffees with different processing methods to widen coffee knowledge and awareness. Advanced milk texturing and more complicated latte art designs will be taught and each drink will be visually and sensorially evaluated during the course.
